| Order Tracking |
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note: Some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. |
| Shipping Rates |
Shipping rates are based on the weight of each order and the recipients location. Before the final checkout, all shipping fees will be available for review. A final confirmation is required before payment is requested and a form of payment is taken. |
| Back Orders |
Back order items will be shipped to the original recipient address as soon as the item is in stock. In cases where multiple items are purchased, items that are not on back order are shipped at the time of order. Additional shipping and handling charges will not be incurred for back order shipments. |
